Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return and Refund Policy, whenever any of these terms are referred to, they are strictly defined as:

   -Company: When this policy mentions "Company", "we", "us" or "our", it refers to DECORLUX, which is responsible for your information under this Return and Refund Policy.
   -Customer: refers to the company, organization or person who signs up to use the DECORLUX Service to manage relationships with its consumers or users of the service.
   -Device: any device connected to the Internet such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit DECORLUX and use the services.
   -Service: means the service provided by DECORLUX as described in the relevant terms (if available) and on this platform.

   -You: a person or entity registered with DECORLUX to use the Services.


Return and refund policy

Thank you for purchasing on DECORLUX. We appreciate that you enjoy buying the things we build. We also want to ensure that you have a rewarding experience as you explore, evaluate and purchase our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions on DECORLUX. We will be as brief as our lawyers allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at DECORLUX, you agree to the terms stated below along with the Policy.

If there is something wrong with the product you purchased, or if you are not satisfied with it, you have 2 weeks to request a refund and return the product.

If you wish to return a product, the only way is to follow the following guidelines:

    -The package must be returned with the original purchase receipt.

    -the return must be accepted by DECORLUX before sending the package

    -The form of the return must be completed in all its parts

    -Theform must be sent to info@decorlux.it with photos of the return attached

Once we have received the request and processed everything we will proceed to approve or deny the requested return


Refunds

We are committed to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product you choose is carefully inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to make sure you fall in love with our products.

Unfortunately, there are times when we may not have the products you have chosen in stock or may be experiencing issues with our inventory and quality control. In these cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified in advance so you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you purchased via online payment (not cash on delivery), you will be refunded once our team has confirmed your request.

We carry out thorough quality control before processing your ordered item. We take utmost care when packaging the product. At the same time we make sure that the packaging is good so that the items are not damaged during transportation. Please note that DECORLUX is not responsible for damage caused to items during transit or shipping.

We will examine the returned product as soon as we receive it and, if it follows the guidelines above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.


Shipping

DECORLUX is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping, the customer must pay the shipping in return.


Product availability and limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply limitations of some of our products, DECORLUX may need to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we're building them as fast as we can. DECORLUX reserves the right to change the quantities available for purchase at any time, even after placing an order. Furthermore, there may be cases where DECORLUX confirms your order but later learns that it is unable to supply the product ordered. In the event that we cannot supply a product ordered, DECORLUX will cancel the order and refund the purchase price in full.

By using our website, registering an account or making a purchase, you consent to our Return and Refund Policy and agree to its terms.


Changes to our returns and refunds policy

We should update, amend or make changes to this document to accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, such changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return and Refund Policy. If you do not wish to accept this or any updated Return and Refund Policy, you may delete your account.
